I went to Sansbury Eye Center on Beltline .. This was the worst experience that i have ever had trying to get a yearly eye exam. I went eye doctor told me i had a small infection in my left eye, and they should not put a contact in that eye. Now i made them aware i have glasses but unable to see out of the glasses. So, they gave one contact for my right eye. The doctor gives me prescription. I have been waiting for my glasses for over 3 weeks. The 1st shipment was lost, they didn't notify me until I called. They expedited the reorder after 8 days my next call resulted in discovering that the lab didn't have the frames. Now it's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. DO NOT order from Sansbury if you want your glasses in a timely manner.

Wonderful staff. I am in town to see my son graduate basic training. On the way here my contact tore. I have my glasses but they are an old pair and I can't see well with them. I always wear my contacts. Sansbury doesn't stock my Rx but had a trial pair. The ladies that work the phone and counter made sure I had a free trial pair and some solution. Now I can see to drive and read better while I'm out of town. Thank you guys so much.
Sansbury Eye Center staff is very professional. My experience with them was exceptional from the call to make the appointment down to picking out my glasses. Missy has the patience of a saint and Mackenzie bubbly personality won me over Dr. Petty was wonderful and educated me on the importance of getting routine eye exams.. the entire staff provided top notch customer service
Alayna at the NE location on Killian Road is fantastic. I came in yesterday in crisis needing a quick turn around on glasses. She was super encouraging and helpful and was able to get my glasses and even help figure out how to get the frame I wanted. She was incredible resourceful and friendly.
