RecommendedWonderful staff. I am in town to see my son graduate basic training. On the way here my contact tore. I have my glasses but they are an old pair and I can't see well with them. I always wear my contacts. Sansbury doesn't stock my Rx but had a trial pair. The ladies that work the phone and counter made sure I had a free trial pair and some solution. Now I can see to drive and read better while I'm out of town. Thank you guys so much.
RecommendedI am out of town and forget my extra contacts. I lost one and was worried about driving home. The Harbison store was so helpful and gave me a replacement. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone who works there!
RecommendedSansbury Eye Center staff is very professional. My experience with them was exceptional from the call to make the appointment down to picking out my glasses. Missy has the patience of a saint and Mackenzie bubbly personality won me over Dr. Petty was wonderful and educated me on the importance of getting routine eye exams.. the entire staff provided top notch customer service

RecommendedAlayna at the NE location on Killian Road is fantastic. I came in yesterday in crisis needing a quick turn around on glasses. She was super encouraging and helpful and was able to get my glasses and even help figure out how to get the frame I wanted. She was incredible resourceful and friendly.
Doctor and staff were all super nice. It’s the chain policies - found out glasses were $400 more than if ordered online. When I asked to cancel and get my prescription, policy would not let them give me my pupil distance so I could easily order online. Said it ‘varies according to glasses’. I will not be going back. $50 up charge, even $100 I would understand. But that’s just greed. Billing statements also confusing without clear cut what you are paying and for what.
Recommendedi had my first appointment at Sansbury today. Staff was super nice and very helpful. My appointment was right on schedule. The clinic tech was great and explained every thing she was doing. The doctor took his time and explained everything as well. The optical staff made ordering glasses simple. I highly recommend this location for all your eye care needs.
Dr Petty is super nice but the staff doesn’t take the time to explain benefits and what my options are based on my insurance and just felt rushed.2 days after being seen received call from Kimberly stating that I owe an additional amount for my glasses. I don’t know why she didn’t tell me when I was in there guess she was too busy thinking about her vacation. I will not go back to this for my eye care.
