I have been waiting for my glasses for over 3 weeks. The 1st shipment was lost, they didn't notify me until I called. They expedited the reorder after 8 days my next call resulted in discovering that the lab didn't have the frames. Now it's been over 3 weeks and I still don't have my glasses. DO NOT order from Sansbury if you want your glasses in a timely manner.
RecommendedMy husband and I were trying to find a different eye center to go to so we called Sansbury. They were very booked up but the receptionist Victoria worked very hard to get my husband and I in! Dr. Petty is so sweet and takes her time with you! We ordered glasses and we are both in love with them!! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a friendly and clean environment!

RecommendedAs a man, I generally prefer male doctors (just a man thing) but Dr. Petty is awesome. Her interaction and connection with patients is great and she is very aggressive in going after the problem. Kristin and the front desk staff are always very helpful and accommodating to help with any questions and paperwork and trying to work a person in as soon as possible. Great place Lexington Sansbury!
