Rude Paper Pushing Chicken Heads! The worse office visit in my entire life!! Rude, useless, condescending, and absolutely no compassion in any of those paper pushing chicken heads in the office. I was told if a "New Patient Packet" wasn't received by mail before my appointment, I was to come in 30 min. Earlier to fill them out. my appt. was 8:30am & I arrived@8:30am & noticed the small office was already full of people filling out the rediculously long info. packet. 12:30pm I left because I had not been seen yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Staff is Abusive, Angry, and expect 2+ hour waits After 2 weeks of waiting for the office to Fax an MRI request, I finally called last week and asked if they had faxed it. I left a message, received no call back, but eventually scheduled my appointment. After the appointment, it turns out the PA (as the Dr actually never sees patients) had incorrectly written the diagnostic request.
A doctor with compasion Great doctor who really cares after seeing me, she sent me to a wonderful chiropractic office and finally my pain is almost gone.
Excellent First off you have do have to take a pee test when you come in to the office, which kind of sucks, but after this I had a great expierence. The Dr is very kind and knowledgeable, and her assistant is awesome. I can always get an appointment fast, they really have there act together. Would recommend to anyone who has had pain for a long time..
Love Dr Basu Finally a Doctor that listens and actually believes that I have a problem. The other doctors I went to all told me that I am not in pain, but Basu is helping me get to the bottom of what is really causing my pain. She helped me find out that I have Arachnoiditis and is helping me deal with this pain since there is no cure. So i can say for sure that I owe her my life becuase without her I probally wouldnt be here today.. Thanks From the bottom of my heart
Pain Doctor who Cares After trying many different pain doctors Dr Basu was the right fit. She helped me with my shoulder pain and once she did all you could she sent me to Align Chiropractic where I also recieved excellent care. If you are looking for great doctor and person who cares how much pain your in this is the place. Thanks so much Dr I am finally getting my life back along with my tennis game
horrible unbelievable THIS DOCTOR MAKES YOU WAIT 1-2 HOURS IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE,TINY WAITING ROOM. HER ADMIN OFFICE IS LAZY,LAZY,LAZY THEY CANT CALL YOU BACK IF THEIR LIVES DEPENDED ON IT!I SHOWED UP TO THEIR OFFICE,CALLED EVERYDAY FOR 2 WHOLE WEEKS AND STILL NO ONE COULD CALL ME BACK OR GET BACK TO ME!THIS DOCTOR CANT EVEN WRITE UP REPORTS 2 WEEKS LATER!THE DOCTOR EVEN TRIED TO TELL ME THAT MY PROBLEM WAS MENTAL.EVEN THOUGH ALL THE TESTING PROVED OTHERWISE!NEVER GO HERE EVER IT WAS THE RUDEST EXPERIENCE of my life!
