The guys showed up right on time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet cleaning work was done in a timely manner and the carpet looked great!!! Will definitely use their cleaning services again and recommend them to others!!
Their carpet cleaning rates are very reasonable! was very happy with Sano Steam in Wilmington NC. My carpet was less than 2 years old and had never been cleaned. The company reps were on time, professional, careful with my furniture, got the stains out of the carpet and also restored 2 chair cushions to their original unstained appearance. Great Work! Brought our house back to life! We got a "package deal" I guess is what you'd call it. Carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, furniture (upholstery) cleaning, mattress cleaning and sanitization, and duct cleaning and sanitization. It was a house we had just bought from a foreclosure auction that we moved into recently. What these guys did was very impressive. They were professional, polite, quick, and thorough. Didn't look (or smell) like the same place when they were done with it. We will use them exclusively from now on.
