Let me start by saying that the doctors at Sano are great. However, Sano's business practices, particularly their billing methods, are such that I cannot recommend them. They insist that you have a card on file. If you owe them anything, they will set up to charge your card on file if you don't pay within 30 days. According to Trisha in the billing office, once a charge is put into this system, it can only be canceled if it is paid before the date given.
