Dr Mathur was wonderful. He explained everything about my MRI’s and why I am having pain. Set up a plan to handle the situation.
When I asked some questions to clarify the note and Dr. Mathur's intent, I was shoo'd out of the exam room and into the waiting room where the aide walked off on me and then another aide told me Dr. Mathur has no control over the matter which, when I asked my attorney told me the Dr is the only one who can control that. So I was lied to straight to my face.
I had a great experience with Dr. Mathur. I appreciate how clearly everything was explained. Highly recommend.
