I had a very disappointing experience. Dr. Saini seemed extremely rushed, having scheduled only 10 minutes for what was supposed to be an annual skin exam. When I asked questions about my care, he appeared inconvenienced and eager to move on to the next patient. Additionally, the front desk staff was unable to properly handle a simple prescription request, adding to the overall frustration. The doctor was late and had a condescending tone. Very unprofessional. He basically lied right to my face. Someone like that does not get my money.
Hopefully, you read this BEFORE making an appointment. Do yourself a huge favor and choose literally any other dermatologist in the city. This office is not there to help, they only want your money. You’ll be able to book appointments, be seen by a doctor, and then be billed. If you have any questions regarding your visit, insurance, prescriptions, or even your health, good luck! I thought I had an appointment with Dr. Saini but saw PA. The PA said not to get to know him because it was his last week. It was a very quick appointment and when I saw the bill that was submitted to my insurance I was shocked. They charged for much more than they did. And the office environment was just weird in general.
Dr Saini and his staff all have done a great job with taking care of me. He explained everything and I was nervous about having a surgery on my face. His calm and reasuuring manner helped relax me. The results of the surgery have hidden nicely.
Dr. Saini is passionate about skincare. I originally saw him for a skin cancer screening and right away felt like we had a connection. I have since seen him for cosmetic consultations as well. His hands are precise and gentle when it cosmetics and the results are amazing. If you have skincare needs, you must see Dr. Saini.
He is an awesome doctor. The staff are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend especially if you need cancer surgery.
Excellent Doctor. Repaired my nose from another cancer surgery and it looks back to normal. I have sent him my friends and family.
