I was extremely pleased with the care that I received from Dr. Bais. His office staff was efficient and pleasant to work with.
He has always been professional, but don't like to kid around
Will never set foot in the toledo clinic or meet with sanjiv bais ever again. When he turns to the resident he was training and says one of the rudest things about me that I could think of I will never give him a second thought or another cent of my money. I was worried I may have colon cancer and he was worried about insulting me. I recommend that no one ever uses him for their colon needs.
