Dr Josephson was my sons GI dr for the 10 days he was in the hospital. Highly recommend him…knowledgeable, direct, easy to understand and thorough! Very fortunate he was on staff at the hospital.
An absolute professional and genuinely warm and accommodating personality. My experience has been multiple colonoscopies over the years and Dr. Josephson and his staff at Charlotte Gastro are simply the best!
Him and his team broke my front tooth. No apology or nothing. He didn't even give me my biopsy results. Inhumane treatment to a patient.
When you are facing a life threatening illness like I was in 2018, you need a medical professional who is honest and thorough. Dr Josephson is absolutely both. He’s devoted to providing excellent care….. I’ve had a major life changing surgery and with my changes, Dr. Josephson is still my gastro doctor and I will continue trusting him with my care.
He was rude & unprofessional to me every visit I had. The first visit, he was over an hour late coming into the room & never apologized. Instead he tried to rush the visit. He was flat out rude. He asked multiple questions & cut me off when I started to try to answer him, every time! When giving my husband's medical history Dr. Josephson found out that the last specialist we saw was affiliated with Atrium, and not Novant, and he asked rudely "well what are you doing here then?!". At the time my husband had been in a coma in the ICU for over 8 days when Dr. Josephson tried to mansplain to me that he was "very sick". At that point 12 other doctors had already seen my husband and this statement was ridiculous.
He is not only highly educated and very skilled, he also is an excellent listener. As a patient, I never felt rushed, his attention was fully focused on me and my needs and concerns. He communicates very clearly, involving the patient in reaching a diagnosis. You leave feeling that you were treated as if you are his only patient.
Excellent patient care from check in at office, the nurse,and to include Dr. Josephson. I sincerely would recommend Dr.Josephson wholeheartedly!
When it’s your time for a colonoscopy you could not be in better hands than with Doctor Josephson and his pleasant professional staff !
