I was trained under the supervision of Mr Sanjeet Shrestha. Best Gym experience i have ever had. The trainer has a vast knowledge in the field and very calm and polite person. Despite I had some issues with accounts as the gym was just at initial phase of rules and pricing policy but it was resolved later. Very Good supervised sessions.
I started my Journey 6 months ago with Sanjeet dai. When I joined him, I stood at 56 kg and now I am somewhere around 66-68kg. Training has been thorough and well put based on my body type. No wonder my body has shown really good progression. Never been more happier with how my body looks, honestly. Had my doubts when I started. Best gym I’ve been to. I used to hate the gym because I had no motivation, it’s overwhelming and I never know what exercises to do. But 6 months of going to gym with sanjit dai and I now love it! As a bonus, I am also much more confident in lifting heavier weights. Sanjit dai is knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful and genuinely cares about their client’s goals and achievements. The small classes also means that you get attention and personalised .
Best decision of my life was to join with one and only fitness guru Sanjeet dai. He changed my attitude and opened my eyes of what I can be.
