I see there is only one other review here with 1 star and I have the exact same complaint. The office is nonresponsive. I spoke to Christine RN on 9/7 and she assured me that she'd call me back that day. Here it is 2 days later and still no call. I called them again today and spoke to Debbie RN who was very condescending and dismissive about my concerns. I'm now waiting on the nurse supervisor, Sam to call me back about my initial concern. I won't hold my breath waiting.
The office is so non responsive. It's disappointing. Dealing with a loved one with cancer is very heart breaking and to have nurses and Dr's that don't call back when you need their help is absolutely disheartening.
