Dr. Sharma and his staff (especially his nurse, Sarah) are amazing. Few docs actually engage and spend time with their patients anymore. My hands are messed up from over use and too much handwork. Dr. Sharma has performed several procedures on my hands and has forestalled one other. Aside from his obvious competence, Dr. Sharma is present, kind and I always feel like he really cares.
We met and discussed mri results. Dr. Sharma discussed my son’s condition and his opinion to proceed with surgery. We asked questions about procedure and healing process, time frame for recovery... We agreed 100% to have surgery.
Dr Sharma and his staff are genuinely friendly, very professional and extremely skillful. My experience has been better than I could have hoped. I highly recommend Dr Sharma.
I had surgery with Dr. Sharma last year for cubital tunnel release on my left arm. Although i was very nervous i knew Dr. Sharma would do an excellent job. He was always ready to answer all my questions, very kind an assuring thru the whole process. I am extremely happy with the results. I will recommend him to anyone i know who needs a hand specialist or cosmetic surgeon and i will definitely go to him once it's time to get treatment on my right arm.
Spent a great deal of time with me explaining my issues in laymans terms-excellent bedside manner! Highly recommend!

Overall I am very impressed & satisfied with my medical journey with Dr. Sharma. He excels in the areas of hand specialty, tenured experience, professionalism, bedside manner, & attention to detail! From the 1st consult I was *highly* confident in his capabilities that would translate to my life returning to normal! Also note, his team, Jessica and Sarah, were attentive, highly personal, and made me feel like family! I highly endorse Dr Sharma to all that need a fanatical hand specialist!
