Very helpful, Dr. Gupta gives you personal concern and attention.
My post-op appointment went very well. Scott answered all my questions. Could have had had shorter wait time. ( waited 20 minutes before being seen)
Dr. Gupta did an excellent job with my bilateral hip replacement. Not only was he caring and explained everything thoroughly, but he did a great job with my surgery. I have only heard good things about him from his other patients as well. The office can be overcrowded at times but Dr. Gupta is more than worth the wait.
I may seem like a parrot; however, my visit was much the same. The receptionists, assistant, PA, and Dr. Gupta were very pleasant and helpful. I felt the doctor had all the time in the world to explain the facts of the X-ray, to my options, and questions. There was no hard sell to go to surgery. "The choice is yours to make; take your time." For years I have heard MANY positive things about Dr. Gupta from his former patients. They were very pleased with the results of their surgeries. I know I will be too!
I was extremely pleased with my visit. Dr Gupta was thorough and informative. He answered any and all of my questions and he explained all of my options. He clearly cares about his patients and I recommend him without reservation.
Office was very overcrowded. Wait was over an hour . Unacceptable.
Dr. Gupta was very easy to talk to. He took the time to listen and gave me options to treat my condition. I felt very comfortable and was able to make a decision that was best for me.
Very apprehensive about needing hip replacement/ doctor and staff made me feel relaxed and confident that I was making the right choice
