There is some big issue with Dr. Basu's office, they don't understand medical procedure codes or doesn't take them seriously. Second year straight in a row, I got charged for my annual physical lab work even though it is 100% covered by insurance. Insurance kept on telling them that billing office should submit claim with correct codes but seems like no one care. I already contacted them more than 10 times in past few months, it's time to move away now.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Basu. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Basu took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in detail. His thoroughness made me feel at ease, and I appreciated how he answered all my questions. The follow-up on my treatment has been fantastic as well. I highly recommend Dr. Basu to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician!
