Dismissive, quick and cold. He is thorough though.
Felt really heard during my visit with Dr. Basu, and feel we have a good plan moving forward. Really appreciated my visit with him!
Dr. Basu is our family Doctor. He’s very thorough as well as thoughtful. The office can get you an appointment pretty quickly if you’re in need. I can’t imagine having any other doctor at this point. I’m confident Dr. Basu has mine and my husband’s best interests in mind.

There is some big issue with Dr. Basu's office, they don't understand medical procedure codes or doesn't take them seriously. Second year straight in a row, I got charged for my annual physical lab work even though it is 100% covered by insurance. Insurance kept on telling them that billing office should submit claim with correct codes but seems like no one care. I already contacted them more than 10 times in past few months, it's time to move away now.
