Used to be GREAT then they were bought out by Waste Management. Did't take long for the rate hikes to start, that is why I got away from them before and now I am looking for someone new again.
Horrible services and bad attitude towards customers. Driver will not pick up trash. You pay for half done services.
Dont be fooled this is Waste Management!
We have had Lies trash service for over 6 years and never had any problems prices have never went up. They have great customer service.
I called to set up trash service 2 blocks from where I currently have their service. I'm in Derby, their ad says they serve the Derby area. Their customer service person told me they serve Derby County???? but not Derby city. Wouldn't set me up with service. REALLY????????????
I have not had the service for more then a year. I have been missed, they have come to pick up and left the extra bags. I have tree limbs by my trash container that have been there for atleast 3 months. Each week they SAY "we will get them next week", but that has not happened. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
we had Lies trsh service for 4 yrs. had no problems with them, until it was time to pay our bill and I was told that I owed another $86.00 Asked them why I have always pd my bill on time . Couldn"t give me an answer, just kept telling me I was that far behind. They took my trash container, and come to find out , when I went to pay for my previous bill someone forgot to credit my account. Inorder for me to get service again I still had to pay the $86. I don't think so. So we got a new trash service.
I used a dumpster from Lies and was told a price. I had to pay up front. Everything was fine until I recieved a bill for $100 more. I called and was told by a rude representative that the money I paid only coverd part of the dump fee. I disputed my bill and did some research and found out they want me to pay more because the driver decided to go to a more expensive dump site. I called and told them I knew about going to the more expensive site instead of the usual site and was to to pay up or go to the KCI. I would never use... read more
Although the trash cart is put out on Thursday night the trash is not pick up on Friday unless I call and complain. This is the third time in 6 weeks my trash has not been picked. There are two boxes in the bottom of the cart that have been there over a month. Your employee takes the one bag out of the cart and leaves the boxes.
