The fish was fresh, and as everyone else said the hush puppies were good. Overall I would recommend
This restaurant goes back to 1938, and it has thrived for one reason - the food is good. Try the crab and corn chowder. It is wonderful.

We ate there off season. The staff was friendly and helpful. We both ordered fried shrimp, fries, salad and a cup of beef veggie soup. We were given complimentary hush puppies as a starter & they hit the spot. The shrimp were very well cooked and very tender. There is plenty of seating facing the water. Would be beautiful during the summer.
