They never seem to disappoint! It’s one of our most favorite places to visit so close to home!

I love everything about this resort! I love waking up from my tower and looking directly into the Island, what a breathtaking view! The staff members were very helpful, especially with recommendations, and local stories about the island. This has to be one of the first resort that I was ok with staying on property all day long. I’m an outdoorsy person, so there were enough activities to keep me entertained. All in all I’m in love especially being able to see the 🐬 dolphins make their appearances.
Took my best friend for spa pedis for a girls day the weekend before her wedding. It was the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever had in my life, no massaging of any sort and the women I had said maybe 4 words the whole time. The massage chair wasn’t working. For $156, I could have had a WAY better experience at a Vietnamese nail salon for cheaper. Will never come here again!
The location is great, the property outstanding but it’s the staff that makes the stay. They go out of their way to make it a great stay. I had a fantastic time. However the hotel does need updating and shows wear and tear. The captiva tower in particular desperately needs a makeover.
We visited for one night to celebrate our 15th anniversary while on a family vacation. The property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I messaged the morning before our arrival asking if there was anything I could arrange to surprise my husband for our anniversary. They told me not to worry they had it covered. Beautiful King suite with sweet water view... the cruise, food etc was wonderful and Helen our ship server made the experience even better
Great location, excellent staff and LOVED the spa. The hotel itself is tired and needs updating desperately, BUT we would return. Views are fabulous
