My husband and I spent the last 6 days at the Sanibel Marriott Resort. We had an amazing stay. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and made sure that our stay was an experience. The food was incredible. We had everything from meals at some of their specialty restaurants to room service and everything we had was excellent. The rooms were really nice and very clean. Excellent stay. Our ocean view room in the Sanibel Tower was beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was wonderful. From the ease of check-in, to or requests for a wheelchair and a crib, we were not let down. Ricardo, who I believe works as part of the maintenance team, went out of his way to help us. It certainly made this one of my favorite hotel stays. Thank you!
I travel and stay at Marriott hotels across the country. From the minute we checked in to the time we left, our experience was first class. The property is in a great location overlooking Sanibel Island and the sunsets are amazing. Jimmy, our waiter at the casual restaurant was as good as any waiter I've had in 5 star steakhouses. Every staff member we encountered had a great and helpful attitude. GM- Tom Custo and his management team should be proud of the culture they have instilled in their staff.
Love this place. Staff is just amazing. Another week to be pampered. ���. Weather hasn't been perfect but that will change. Thanks to all staff. You are the best.
This place is a rip off total false advertisement for rooms and amenities! Won't be back!!! Double charged for room 12hrs still not fixed! Deep soaking tub is a cheap janky tub shower combo.
Breakfast, friendly staff and a magnificent view! Loved our time at this location. Close to wonderful beaches and parks.
