Not a good visit. Bed is hard as a rock and no one is able to make it better. Took hours to even find out what they were trying to do to help. My wife went to bed and they showed up at 9:10 ringing the phone and knocking on the door with the do not disturb sign on the door. Their solution would not have helped. More comfortable in the Fairfield Inn in Venice Fl the previous night. Disappointed.

The staff is great, and the common areas/entrances are nice. The food was good as well. However, the food and drinks are VERY expensive. Be prepared to pay $18 for pancakes, and $10 for a watered down Jack and Coke by the pool. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms need remodeling ASAP. For what you are paying, the rooms don’t meet expectations. Additionally, the pool area is convenient and staff is great, but that needs updating as well!
We have traveled extensively and stayed in Marriott and other hotels but this one has probably the best combination of location, amenities and staff.
