RecommendedWe’ve stayed in Captiva and Sanibel in the past and ended up on the road spending big bucks on parking looking for good shelling beaches. When we got to Sanibel Arms West we didn’t want to leave the premises! We treasure hunted in our own back yard! Our condo was perfect for us, the grounds were great and the staff, soooo friendly and accommodating! A perfect central location! Can’t wait to get back!

They lied about the beach being ok to swim. The beaches are horrible with the red tide problem. There are dead fishes everywhere and it smells terrible. Not nice at all, we would have never came had they told us when we asked. This place is deserted and scary.
Our condo was very clean and convent to the beach. We did have a sugar ant issue in the kitchen. The beach is not as good as Siesta Key in Sarasota however it is great for shelling. They could do a better job providing beach chairs like the condo next door does.
