I had my tile and grout cleaned in my kitchen, powder room and bathroom. Unfortunately, even after going over it again the grout was not as clean as I get it myself with windex and a scrub brush. Given the cost ($800, spent about 3 hours at our house) I would have expected better results. The tile was very clean after they were done, the company was very responsive and the fellow doing the cleaning was quite nice. I would try them again for a different service but not for grout cleaning.
I was really happy with the service. Some rugs had to be taken to be cleaned offsite and they were delivered back to me on a Sunday! Staff were incredibly friendly and did a great job. I am a very happy customer.
Our carpets were cleaned efficiently and quickly.
