My oriental rugs were damaged and the company won’t take responsibility for it. Handprints and numerous spots were all over the rug after the cleaning so where was the quality control? After rewashing the rug spots remained, although faded. They then claimed it was abrash. My antique oriental rug was stretched and worn after the cleaning which suggests they are not skilled at cleaning fine oriental rugs. I am surprised this company has so many positive reviews

I've previously used Sani-Bright for area rug cleaning and been pleased with the service/results. I had new light-colored carpet installed at the end of 2019 and after just a couple of months and almost zero use of the room our reflux-prone dog decided to use it for privacy during one of his vomit episodes. I discovered the yellow-green trails ALL over the room after they were already long-dry, and then the Covid shutdown happened. Demond was a terrific worker. He had a whole house of carpet to clean by himself. There was no word of frustration or unhappiness because of the large job. He never sat down or complained. He was upbeat and he really was enjoyable. I felt like I was one of the family by the time the job was done. I would recommend Sani-Brite to my friends. And I will be calling next time I need carpet cleaning. Thank you for your fine service!
