Tricia and the guys at Sangster's made me feel comfortable when I entered the service department. They were approachable, cordial, prompt and courteous. Sangster's shuttled my girlfriend and I to Buzz Inn while we waited to have my Envoy repaired. Came back from lunch and the car was ready to go. I would recommend Sangster's to anyone. If you want a car fixed DON'T GO HERE! WAS TOLD ONE PRICE AND JUST GOT MY CAR AND IT WAS A HIGHER PRICE AND PARTS REPLACED I DID NOT Ok! And when I brought it to there attention and spoke with a Manger nothing was done to satisfy me the customer ,instead I'm told I have lost my memory! I urge you to look elsewhere as I am going ask the same of my friends and family! Great job sangster....NOT!
I had a broken panel on my seat in my 2012 Acadia. The service was amazing I Received today! They not only fixed it it was no Charge! Everyone was so nice and the service is outstanding time after time. This is the only place I will ever buy a car from!
