Great place to take your animals they are affordable and truly care about the animals
They spayed our dog, sent home with no cone. Three days later her intestines fell out!! Cost us $2600. To save her life. Dr.Whitbeck told me that she didn’t need a cone because she was a female and they have no tendency to touch wound?? They offered nothing back!!! They give real Vets a bad name!!
Does anyone know if this Hospital excepts insurance called Pet Plan?
We had a rescue spayed at this clinic. Three days after the spay, it opened and her intestines fell out. We rushed her to Emergency Vet in Nashville that saved her. It only cost us $2600.00 plus. The dog had been kenneled and taken out on leash. No reason for incision to open. It was a terrible spay job that almost cost the dog her life. We contacted them and they will not take responsibility for their work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. They obviously do not know what they are doing and do not stand behind their work. Thank you for taking care of my sweet Ginger, I know she couldn’t stay with us any longer because of her health issues and believe me I wanted her to stay with us longer but it was her time. I will remember how sweet y’all were in her time of need. Thank you again for everything.
This place is amazing!!! Twice they pulled my 15 yr. old chihuahua thru life threatening issues, and in a way that was affordable to a retired senior on ss. they care soooo much. They won't pull any punches when things are going south, but they give so much of themselves in supporting your critter and you. Fantastic. The way you always thought a vet service should be.
Absolutely amazing staff! They have repeatedly shown us why they come so highly recommend, and you can tell they genuinely care.
