Rather we are bringing 1 of our dogs in or 10 lol they always make sure to treat and examine everyone with care, kindness and patience. It is so hard to find a vet that you can trust with your babies but in sango I feel comfortable bringing or leaving any of my animals with them. Jennifer and her husband are amazing people and they have truly went above and beyond to help us and our fur babies. The staff is always smiling and friendly and very welcoming. The office is always clean and is designed beautifully.
I’m extremely happy with the way that the dr was able to treat my Jax. She had never seen him before today. She took him in and treated him with love and kindness. We are now changing our veterinarian to her permanently. Thank you for getting him in today. Everyone there was very nice and kind and loving to my sweet Jax an myself. Great office. And very reasonably priced. There was no price gouging when it came to my dogs health.
Dr Whitbeck and her staff is wonderful. They give us options when it comes to our babies and even patient when we need to think it over. My Thumper needed surgery that was risky and I trusted dr Whitbeck to do it right and she did. My babies are in great hands with her doctor and staff. Dr Whitbeck saved my little girls life.
I went here the 1st time for a 2nd opinion for an ongoing skin issue with my Pomeranian. From the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor - the entire staff made me feel like I had gone here forever. The veterinarian explained the labs they would take in order to determine the treatment plan. Melanie even helped me out by carrying my pup to the car for me :) Thank you for making our first visit a pleasant one.
I had never met any of the staff or set foot in the building before last night. My Brownie troop was able to get an after hours tour, and I am so very impressed. The back was as organized and clean as I have seen in human hospitals. Not only is the Veterinarian knowledgeable and caring, she went out of her way to help teach twelve 2nd and 3rd graders about caring for pets. What patience and commitment to our community! They have my pup meds that made him worse and with in a week we had to put him down
The entire clinic has been so kind to our family and dogs (well the dogs are family too.) They were kind enough to let me sit with my senior girl when she woke up from surgery, and went above and beyond by coming to our home so we could say good bye to our best friend in a place he felt comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about this clinic and staff.
I took my dog there for the first time and he had lacerations in a couple parts of his body and my dog is always anxious when he goes to a strange place and with another animals just like any other dog. When he went inside the office so the doctor could check everything the nurses were really good with him but the doctor was too uncomfortable with him she didn't even let him get close to her even tho my dog just wanted to smell her of course she's a new person to him, she made exams but she didn't even looked at the lacerati... read more
