Exceptional service every time. My Outback needed new tires so I scheduled my appointment to get tires, an alignment, and oil change all at once. They offered me a loaner vehicle but I declined and waited while my vehicle was serviced. The staff kept me informed on the progress and did an outstanding job on all aspects of the service. They are my go-to for my vehicle service every time.

We had an unexpected vehicle issue while driving on I-5 and needed an emergency repair at Sangera Subaru. Despite my frantic phone call, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and able to find us an appointment so we did not have to sit and wait as walk-ins. Our service consultant, Bryan Brown, went above and beyond to help us during a stressful situation. Amber A. at Subaru service is very helpful. She kept me updated on the warranty work being done on my Ascent. She also helped me on getting a loaner. I can’t say enough about Sangera Subaru. I’ll always be grateful of the services.
