I got there before 8:00am this older person help me he was verey polite with me and my granddaughter and he got me a car and this other young man was very kind to tell me about the rental car went shopping recall and oil change
Went in for service under a warranty claim for something on my car. I had advisor Amber, I also spoke with Juanito the mechanic who helped me explain the issue on my car. Amber followed up with me all steps in the process via text and phone calls. Very happy with the customer service and prompt repair. Will definitely go back for regular service intervals.
Where I love the dealership and personnel, there appears to be a serious disconnect between their on-line scheduling tool and dealership employees. It also appears that dealership is up selling service and not necessarily following the manufacturers recommended schedule. I will update this review depending on how further services go…
Everything was great. They got me in my car in the shop as soon as I got there and got me out quickly, which I appreciate it.
