The Doctor himself is great, he does take time to listen to your concerns, but unfortunately the front staff needs improvement. The front staff is the first impression of the office. Need to be more professional and friendly with the patients. The most important thing is patient confidentiality, especially being on the phone so close to the waiting room. I give the doctor five stars, I highly recommend him.
