Great experience here! I had been traveling and was due for oil change. In the multi-point inspection, service tech sent me a video showing that one tire had a nail in it and (more importantly) that my brand new tires of only six months were already showing cracking and discoloration. their close attention to detail like this was extremely helpful and prompted me to go directly to the chain where I got the tires and get them replaced (thank gawd I paid for warranty; ALWAYS get the warranty!). Went it to go look around and ended up leaving with a 2021 Camaro ss rebuild. Praise to my man Martin Delgado for helping me get her, it wouldn’t have been possible without the patience, the time & the good customer service. I highly recommend going to him, explains very throughly on the procces and what needs to be done. 10/10 Service.
