Called for a quote worked with Renae for about two days she was more professional then the manager I ended up getting transferred to that proceeded to call me “my guy” and tell me “you ain’t that serious if you don't want to come in for the quote” simply because I didn’t want to waste my time driving 40 min if the offer wasn’t competitive which is fine not all dealership have to give out quotes. I doubt I would ever even go here again. I took my vehicle for service because the driver's side vents were not cooling the same as the passenger side. I was told before the 4th of July that my vehicle wouldn't be able to get worked on, so we left it over the holiday. I called Monday morning to tell them that we would be picking up the car. I received a call later saying no problem but that I still had to pay $340 for the work done.
