Horrible service ... over charged by credit card and when I brought it to the her attention the doctor was very rude.
Horrible service, overcharged me even after paying the dues, She kept sending the bills. Worst experience. I hope i could give 0 star.
She overcharged for the services, I would never recommend her.
Bedside manor was average. When it came to payment, they required a credit card on file. When they called for a payment I said do not use my credit card I will send a check. After I got off the phone, Dr. Murthy immediately charged my credit card unauthorized. When I called the receptionist, Janet to ask why they would do that, she did not show any remorse or wrong doing. When she asked me to call back to speak with Dr. Murthy, they stopped answering my calls/putting me straight to voicemail.
I am so glad I found Dr. Murthy. She is so sweet and really cares about her patients. Her practice is very small: no nurses, no large waiting rooms filled with people, or long wait times. I have never found a doctor who takes the time to talk to their patients like she does. Because she is the only one in her practice, she schedules the appointments so she has at least half an hour to talk to you about any issues.
