She listens to and cares about her patients. She works with you to develop a plan and helps guide you through that. Doesn’t just see you once, write a prescription, and send you on your way. Very patient, knowledgeable, and kind

I have been going to Dr. Patel for about four years. Her specialty covers the issues I have. She has a thorough medical knowledge and a kind heart. She is a good listener, and puts together the physical and mental. I could get my medications from my family doctor, but because I have physical ailments, I feel better getting my medications from someone who has the training in both areas. Unhappy partner of a depressed man

Seems to be in it for the money. My partner and I paid $275 we don't have to get him a legitimate med eval and to try meds where he can function from the day to day and continue working on his therapy. We've gone through our insurance and not had the progress he needs. He is extremely depressed (due to ADHD, TBIs and likely childhood trauma) and she stated she wanted to see him 2-3 times a week before prescribing anything! At $175 a session! We could only afford once a month. She did nothing.

Horrible doctor and terrible person. I was telling her my symptoms and she stops me in the middle of a sentence and asks "how many times have you tried to kill yourself?". I had been telling her about my sleeplessness! I've never been suicidal but she just assumed I had tried multiply times!
