Dr. Chitlu is absolutely fabulous. I had never seen a psychiatrist, but Dr. Chitlu came highly recommended to me. I automatically felt safe with her. She listens, makes me feel heard, and provides thoughtful and insightful feedback. I appreciate the education she provides on inquiries such as potential diagnoses, the chemical reaction happening in the brain, and why she chooses to prescribe one medication over another. I have been using Dr Chitlu for myself and my children for 10 years. She is very responsive and thoughtful in her approach. She listens to my concerns and we discuss issues on which we don't necessarily agree. I feel respected and heard by her, as do both of my children. I regularly recommend her to others and have complete confidence in doing so.
