March 2026 Beware parents and everyone: They still love to charge you for Covid and Flu tests. $120 just for a COVID test when my child only had seasonal allergy symptoms like itchy eyes and nasal congestion. Something that shouldn't have to come out of the parents pockets for the office's ridiculous process when our tests always come out negative. Our daughter loves iron man and coming here
I use to like this location due to how close it's from my house. But recently everytime I call I'm on a 10 to 20 min hold. Considering going back to their down town office even though it's a little far. The office staff are more professional and a 5 min wait should always be always the case. This office needs to get it together.
During my recent visit to united health center I observed a male staff member of Sang Pediatrics the office next door standing in front of the office vaping and speaking loudly on the phone while using profanity. This occurred in the presence of patients and children entering and exiting both clincs. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the medical practice.
