Every single interaction (6times) has been negative. What is wrong with the people who work here?. From valet, from desk, nurses and doctors RUDE. Every single Interaction. Sanford are you not paying them enough? I know this isn't customer service but DAMN. It's enough to change insurance. There seems to be no empathy when losing a loved one. Which we did. I've never felt so unwelcome in my life at a hospital. Almost like an uninvited guest. Really Sanford?? Please Do Better!

Poor communication, I was told I could do POA forms on the phone then when I called the social worker they said I can’t, I told at least 5 different staff members my mom is not safe at home and shouldn’t be returned home and they do it anyway. Seems like this place doesn’t care about people just making more room for their vast number of patients. I was told I would be called back and informed on my mom I was not. I was impressed by the professionalism and level of care by everyone involved in my care from the time of treatment in the ED on March 7 throughout my stay in the CCU and my discharge from 3000 on March 11.
