Avoid if you have a choice Rude and dishonest. I was overcharged, math on the receipt doesn t even add up and they refused to release paperwork to me. I will proceed with formal complaints.
They Really Don't Care!!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and they don't really care. They have your car, you want your car, and they know that gives them the upper hand and they never stop reminding you. They don't give a rip about satisfied customers. They just want the money. They wanted $60 to move my car from the lot to the street outside the gate! Complete and shameless ripoffs!!!!!!
I never had such an awful experience in the towing industry I know how the towing industry work, I my ex had a twing service. That beeing said you coul trust me when I say this company is the worst. They don't care about your security or your family's. Their charfes are outrageous. Late at night they wouldn't take credit card to pay for a car being towed to their lot, even when their receipt says the do!!!! I even asked to please accept my credit card or give me a discount and Fred the owner said no discount no credit card. ... read more
towing They have been around for years .There drivers are very friendlily and helpful when you need them.There wait time is usually pretty quick day or night.Prices are comparable to rest.
