I had a procedure completed this past Monday. The experience was warm and welcoming. Front the receptionist at the front desk (a nice lady who was phillipino), my check in nurse Alyssa, Tom who obtained my weights and how he explained the process of the communicating to my husband and I on what to expect; te anesthesiologist and his colleagues, Dr. Obrien and her team, the recovery nurses Reagan and Geri, and the volunteers Dorothy and Sarah aka "stacy". I just had surgery yesterday and the Surgeon., nurses and Anesthesiologist were amazing I’m still in recovery with no pain I did the nerve block which went great it’s day two alive and well . Dr Oliver and his team are the best
I had a complete shoulder replacement in January 2025. I had expected to go home the next day. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. However, the team who cared for me for the five days I had to stay until I could be moved to Encompass Rehab, was marvelous. The physical therapist was awesome as were all of the nurses and techs. Came from East River for a family member to have a brain mass removed. Everything has been an awesome experience. Super friendly staff and an amazing surgeon (Darko). The procedure was down flawlessly, and the healing process was super easy for the patient.
