You can definitely tell a lot about a dentist’s office by their staff. I called several dental offices today, and unfortunately many of the receptionists were rude, short, or unhelpful. When Aliana from this office called me back, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and valued as a potential patient.
