Recently gave birth to my little girl here. The staff was amazing! Shout out to Bobbie, Hannah, Kylee and Petra in the birthing center! You all were wonderful, caring and made some uncomfortable things seem like no big deal. Would highly recommend Sanford to any expecting mothers!
I been here for 6 hours now anf counting with my 5 year old son falling on his neck and its swollen but they say its not an emergency but still need to be seen but have the other people be seen before him. Like how???
Horrible staff! not sure if it’s because they are racist but when you get to the ER and wait for five hours (12-5am) just to get stitches and the doctor does them so aggressively that he has to redo them I mean that’s where you cross the line will be filing a complaint with the board on all staff members involved 👍🏽
Extremely disappointed in the so called care my grandpa was given at this place. Spoke up numerous times and still ended up with these weak excuses they call care. I would take anyone to the animal clinic before this dumpster fire.
Went in with chest pain and a cough, the multiple test took forever to complete. The medical nurses were super nice but other than that I do not recommend simply because they had me do around 15-20 blood draws out of the same vein over the course of 2 days, they had me do 1000’s of dollars worth of CAT scans and by the end of it I left with a really low dose of blood pressure medication. Unless you have 100% medical insurance do NOT go there, they simply only want your money and your money only.
They don’t care about families of patients. They refused to allow us to go say our goodbyes to my uncle. Hostile staff.
My mother had an extended stay there on the Vibra floor. Great experience. Amanda, Sarah, Courtney, Tammy, Stacey and Katie to name a few! Awesome people and place!
January 21st, 2020, Room 902, Patient name Adam Omar. My wife and i brought our 7 months old baby to the hospital for blood infusion by the direction of Dr. Anim. After we were situated and comforted by the wonderful staff at Sanford Medical center and by the nurse Tami, two individuals came into the room from Labs and the girl by the name Crystal said we're here to draw blood from Adam. The baby was in his mom's lap and my wife was talking and saying if they would draw the b...Continue Reading
Was charged 200 dollars for some gauze and a pinky splint. Was in the room for less than 10 minutes. Then the billing department sent the bill to my parents house in Michigan one year later I get a notification that it’s been moved to collections.
