My experience was just amazing I went in with an emergency and left with so much confidence and no pain. Dr Kaufman executed great Professionalism/Experience and certainly took his time although he was slammed and resolved my problem. Dr. Kaufman Really represents this establishment immensely Thank you My Eye Doctor.
I had an amazing experience. The staff was amazing. The whole staff was very efficient, professional and explained everything well. Everything was very clean. Dr. Sanford performed a thorough eye exam. I am so pleased with the overall service. But the best part were the glasses... excellent brand and styles. Good reputation according to many. Knows his stufg, very experienced. You may have to wait a while on a busy day, so if waiting isn't your thing, be forewafor. Staff seemed scrambled. 3 people asked me my name 6 times. Dr is like an impatient alpha dog, didn't even address me by my name, nor smile once. Know-it-all attitude. The place had a Turn and Burn atmosphere of get as many people in and out in a day as possible. Maybe just the vibe that dayd idk.
