Dr. T (Erin first name) is an amazing provider who listens to you even if you're elderly and 85+. I don't see her but a patient of mine does and she's an amazing provider for geriatric patients. Not only is the provider great but all staff are exceptional and provide great customer service. A clinician named Rob, nurse or aid, helped me out big time today getting a patient into a vehicle safely and didn't bat an eye at helping us. Dr Terpstra is such a pleasant, caring person who really takes the time to listen to you as a patient and do what is best for you. She does not force her opinion on you but thoroughly discusses issues with you as a patient and then you make decisions together. She is so kind and caring and I am so happy i made the move to having her be my PCP!
