I brought my 2012 G25 in for an oil change before I sell it to a personal friend. Upon my arrival I was eventually greeted by a service advisor named Jennifer who rudely got in my car and started making her unprofessional diagnoses of my vehicle the second she sat in it. Whenever something is wrong with my car I always want to bring it to the dealer for work. I love their quality parts and workmanship. I don’t love the amount of time they say it’ll take compared to how long it actually takes. This last time I also didn’t love that the dirty paper they step on was thrown onto my passenger seat instead of removed from the car. I will still go back if u have issues and Luis is absolutely wonderful
Excellent service and high communication. Really enjoy having these folks take care of my vehicle!
