Horrible experience (that I found out about 8 months later through billing). My son had RSV and influenza in January 2014. He required us to do home nebulizer treatments as needed and we rented a machine through the Sanford Home Med. on 26th & Sycamore. They thought it was smarter to submit to our insurance we purchase the machine. When our insurance denied this claim Sanford never let us know and just kept letting us rent it. I have been very pleased with the care I get from Sanford Medical Equipment. Most Sanford places give you crap service, but Sanford Medical Equipment doesn't. I like how that set themselves apart from the colleagues that way. Keep up the good work!
