The staff (Kylie and everyone! ) has always been most considerate and helpful.
Called three times today to check on an electric wheelchair that the VA used their tracking number and found it was in GF. Left three messages and they didn't call back at all.
Shelby and Kylie are great. They are personable, professional and very efficient. Great Customer service from both of them.
