I went in for a routine physical that is supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. During the appointment, the doctor asked me a simple question, I answered it, and that was the extent of the conversation. Somehow, that resulted in a $201 charge just for “talking with the doctor.” What’s even more frustrating is that management was completely unwilling to work with me or help resolve the bill.
