My husband had his colonoscopy there a couple of months ago and they took excellent care of him. The doctor, nurses, and entire staff eased any anxieties. I appreciated their care.
Dr sent referral in i received a call went to voicemail and i returned call immediately but no one could speak to me- I was told they would call me back and i have called every day for 1 week with the same issue a call is never returned. they admitted to phone issues but yet here it is 1 week later and i can not even get a call back. sec said they called but it rang then went to busy signal no cell does that.
Absolutely amazing. Nurses are so kind and everyone is so very helpful.
The absolute worst. I called in trying to set up appointment, was told someone would be reaching out to schedule… never got a call. It’s a good thing people aren’t sick and needing actual treatment. Get a clue you overpaid, worthless fooks!
Highly recommend if you have any concerns about GI issues. I see Dr. Solomon and he has been nothing but amazing when it came to my treatment. He is a great listener and gave me so many options to help my symptoms. I felt like he truly cared about my wellbeing and I was so thankful I was able to see him for my concerns!
