Dr. Trivedi My teeth were a complete mess due to an accident where I knocked out a few teeth and the rest were horrible due to neglect and years of smoking. I thought that doing an overhaul on my smile would be grueling - not with Dr. Trivedi. She really knows what she's doing, she has NEVER hurt me, not even a little, and the results are absolutely beautiful. I almost cried from joy when I saw my new smile. I Loved it so much!!! My opinion is that I loved this dentist. Everyone was fantastic. They were careful and they were so nice to me and my mom. They even gave me my tooth in a little necklace. The best part was that they had entertainment- a fish tank with a friendly fish. He followed my face around the tank. It was the greatest day ever (the tooth fairy visited me!)I say that their customer service is great! I didn't have to wait long at all. I had x-rays, an exam and an extraction all done in an hour! Exceptional Experience!!! My hygienist Mohamed was amazing! He took the time to make sure I understood how I was brushing and showed my great ways to take care of my teeth that no one else had ever explained to me. That knowledge saved me so much on my dental care going into the future. My experience is always superb and I would recommend everyone come to Preferred Dental Care because they are professionals that handle you with care and see in a timely manner as well.
