Good place good doctors here
I used to like it here until my doctor retired a few years ago. The last few years the new doctor they assigned me (even though I requested a different one) has been awful. He has made rude comments, doesn't listen to my symptoms, and doesn't know anything about Hashimotos. June 2023 he ordered lab work, which my insurance didn't pay because it was coded as diagnostic, even though I've done these same labs for years and have been on thyroid medication for 10 years. I received diagnosis of a suspicious mass on my Thyroid in November of 2023, and was immediately referred to this office. The soonest they could get me in was July of 2024, but assured me that I would be placed on a list for any available cancellations. In March of 2024, they called to tell me that they would have to push my appointment to mid August because my doctor was going to be out of the office on the date of my original appointment, but again, I would be placed on the waiting list for a cancellation.
