Went in on Monday morning for a suspicious mole and the doctor decided to biopsy it immediately saying it could be cancerous. Didn't get results until Thursday, which is fine because Wednesday is a holiday, not complaining about that. Test results are unreadable to me. I have no idea what they mean. Waited for them to call me Thursday, no call. Messaged them early Friday morning asking to explain the results and they never called me all day. Now I have to wait until at least Monday to find out if it's cancerous. Kind of ridi... read more

Dr Kerr is a great dermatologist. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She explained answers to my concerns in a way I could easily understand. And explained the pros and cons of the medication I needed. Thank you!
