Traci at the leasing office made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly understanding of my situation, moved quickly to help me secure an apartment, and treated me with genuine care the whole way through. Lived here for 1 year & it’s absolutely one of the most well kept places I’ve ever seen. Anytime I need something- I can get ahold of management immediately! Anytime I have a question, Traci is there to help. She’s solves any issues or concerns placed in front of her. (Though issues are rare to begin with when it comes to this place) Looking forward to many more years here ! Traci has been an amazing property manager. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about her tenants. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something handled, she communicates clearly and gets it taken care of quickly. She’s organized, fair, and makes the whole process easy.
