I spoke with Traci while looking for apartments and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. If your looking at the cottages, ask for traci
I lived here for a few months. The maintenance guys and the front office are nice, but the property was owned by cheap slumlords in New Jersey for a while and they recently sold it to what appears to be the same kind of people. They would constantly be in your apartment with almost zero notice and I never felt like I had any true privacy (I came home to my couch being pulled away from the wall and tables moved).
