I cannot say enough good things about our property manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the tenants and the property. I’ve had a really positive experience with Traci as a property manager. She’s very understanding, communicative, and on top of things. It’s hard to find someone who makes you feel comfortable reaching out when you need something, but she does. Everything has always been handled smoothly and with care, and it’s made a big difference. Definitely grateful for all of her help.
