RecommendedGreat very professional staff and nice facility
Extremely disappointed in my father's care while hospitalized at Sandford North Broadway. Three nurse's aids stood outside his door laughing & talking while his call light for help was on waiting (For 6 hours) for bathroom help that never came until it was too late for him. Imagine how a proud man in his 70s feels about wetting himself. Shame on you Sandford! This is only one example of the lack of compassion and care he was given.
Sitting here in the birthing area watching a nurse change this little baby... The baby begins to cry .. so I pay a little more attention to see this nurse yanking on this baby's arm trying to dress the child very aggressively... Aggravated by her complete lack of compassion for this helpless child I told the nurse that her behavior towards this child was unacceptable... I will never deliver a child here at this Hospital in Fargo North Dakota at Sanford Children's Hospital
I've been driving my daughter to her appointments with specialists. Every single time we've traveled- she gets a phone call while enroute that there's a "scheduling" issue. They made a mistake, or wanting her to get there asap. Do they not consider the arrangements people need to make when they have jobs, come from outside of Fargo or need a driver? I have never had a bad experience here. Thank you so much for your dedicated team of people. I was so sick for over a week. Sanford fixed me right up. Sanford's team also saved my life this spring after a traumatic head injury. I highly recommend this facility.
5 stars for keeping my newborn alive but what pisses me off is them bullying me and pushing vaccines when I have the right to refuse them. Has anyone lost a child from getting the new required vaccines? How many babies died in Sandford after vaccines? Pm me please if your child was a victim.
